The role of Creative Designer involves designing and rendering high-quality retail installations that align with client briefs. Collaborations with colleagues and clear communication with clients are vital for success. The position requires proficient modelling in Fusion 360 or SolidWorks and rendering in Cinema 4D, preparing designs for technical development, fabrication, and project management. A hybrid workflow approach combining Waterfall and Agile methods is employed, and flexibility in working hours may be necessary at times.

Requirements

Core Knowledge Base

• Expertise in Rendering using Cinema 4D with the Corona plugin.
• Proficiency in CAD Modelling using Cinema 4D and Fusion 360.
• Fundamental knowledge of designing for manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of Sketch-Up.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct research and develop high-quality conceptual designs.
• Ensure all client deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Demonstrate a proactive learning approach and contribute to team collaboration.

Main Duties

• Report directly to the Head of Creative Design.
• Collaborate with Creative Designers and project managers.
• Oversee design projects from conceptualization to realization.
• Produce accurate-to-scale renders.
• Adhere to sustainability policies throughout the design process.
• Fill in for absent fabrication designers as needed.
• Visit sites to understand requirements.
