Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Freelance Technical Designer to assist with a dilapidation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting an on-site survey of a single floor and producing a comprehensive technical pack of drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct an on-site survey of the specified floor.
- Produce a full technical pack of drawings.
- Ensure all drawings are completed to a high standard and meet project requirements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in technical design and drafting.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Ability to conduct accurate on-site surveys.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with dilapidation projects.
Additional Information
We will provide the technical DWG file CAD templates and CAD blocks. Flexibility to work from home or in our office is offered. This is a short project; however, we are keen to find a candidate who we can work with on an ad-hoc basis for future projects.
