DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

We’re looking for writers who are talented, detail-oriented, professional content creators.
In order to apply, you’ll need to have:

• Impeccable grammar
• Strong research skills
• Show-stopping content writing chops
• An understanding of modern content marketing and SEO
• A professional and collaborative communication style
• 18 years of life under your belt

You’ll be working mainly on blog posts and article writing, but also occasionally press releases, web pages, and other content types.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

1. ASSIGNED A WRITING PROJECT.
   With clients across 40 different industries, work is always available. We offer jobs from across several different types of content.
2. DO YOUR RESEARCH.
   We’re dedicated to creating high-powered content that drives SEO. Each customer needs industry expertise in a voice that matches their brand.
3. CREATE CONTENT THAT DELIGHTS.
   We care about the quality of your writing, not the length of your resume. Customers choose what to purchase, so it’s up to you to make sure your content stands out.
4. GAIN ACCESS TO MORE JOBS.
   New writers complete short-form jobs to get started. By creating content and earning 5-star reviews, you’ll earn access to longer and higher-paying jobs.
5. BUILD CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS.
   We have regular customers who need fresh content every month. If they like your work, we let you work with them on a regular basis.
6. GET PAID.
   When customers purchase your content, we make sure you get paid. Invoice weekly or save up for that vacation. With no minimum or maximum invoice, you control your own success.
   We offer performance-based bonuses every 3 months for those who write to a high standard, meet the deadline regularly, and go above and beyond.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experienced content writers who can write in English to a very high standard. While we leverage some AI tools for research and brainstorming, we expect the writing and editing to be done by you. We are paying you for your writing, not to process AI content.
Please only apply if you are confident with your writing skills. If you plan on using AI or do not have a way with words and impeccable grammar, this might not be the gig for you.

RATES OF PAY
Please note that we leverage AI tools for research and skeleton drafting + editing to help make the process far more efficient than writing for scratch.
We therefore advise you keep in mind that the rates below take into account the fact you will be far faster at writing and completing a task than doing so manually.
We pay $0.015 per word for our standard orders.
We pay $0.0225 per word for higher-quality client orders once you’ve proven you can write to a high standard.
Orders from clients are typically 500-2,000 words.

We also require 3 samples of your best writing on published articles online (that show your name next to it). If you have done white-label writing for agencies in the past that don’t have your name, we can still accept some samples of posts submitted in Google Docs.

Any applications containing clearly visible signs of AI-written content will automatically be disqualified. We are looking for talented writers, not an AI content processor. When sending your application, make sure to include the word “giraffe” in your email so we know you’ve taken the time to read our application properly. Applicants that don’t have this will be auto-disqualified as it shows a lack of attention to detail.
