Project Objective: The primary objective is the launch and branding of a new consulting company, “project Gluck”, dedicated to optimizing organizational performance through employee wellbeing. The company will leverage sector experts and AI tools to improve client-facing operations within organizations.
Scope of Work-
The agency’s work will involve the creation of the following:
Naming: Develop a name that reflects the company’s focus on improving organizational performance through employee wellbeing.
Brand Design: Create a distinctive visual identity, including brand colors, typography, imagery, and other graphic elements.
Logo: Design a clean and professional logo that aligns with the company’s values and vision.
Website: Build a professional website that conveys the company’s core offerings and values, including clear navigation, relevant content, and an optimal user experience.
Brand Guidelines: Provide a comprehensive set of brand guidelines that ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
Target Audience:
Mid to large-sized European companies, with an emphasis on organizations in the third sector. Special focus on client-facing operations, as these are the teams most directly impacted by the wellbeing strategies that "project Gluck " promotes.
This is a UE-wide project and is not country-specific, so all communication and materials will all be in English.

All elements are to be created from scratch. No existing assets will be provided by the client.
Deliverables will include:
New company name
Visual identity (including logo, brand design elements)
Website design (with mobile responsiveness and a clear UX/UI structure)
A communication strategy document
Brand guidelines document
Stakeholders:
We are a management consulting firm in charge of all aspects related with the development of the idea by the board of director of the “project guck” From legal to recruiting and IT development. Among other activities we are selecting the communication agencie that will pitch their proposal to the BOD that will take the final decision on the contract assignment
