Job Description

Regis and Supercuts hair salons, part of the UK’s largest hair salon group operated by UK Hairdressers, are seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer to join their creative marketing team based in Willenhall. The successful candidate will drive projects from conception through to delivery across multiple brands and workstreams. This varied role requires creating diverse design assets, including Ecommerce banners, animated mobile assets, and supporting print concepts, while also assisting with overall company branding, such as internal signage and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and effective designs for digital and traditional channels.
• Research, develop, and design multichannel design assets for digital/print promotions, seasonal campaigns, and conceptual work.
• Own and develop brand guidelines for each brand, ensuring artwork aligns with guidelines across all assets.
• Manage digital designs including web banners, emails, social media, and digital screen assets.
• Oversee print materials within stores, exploring new executions and managing print supplier relationships.
• Ensure adherence to critical paths and deadlines.
• Coordinate and attend brand photoshoots to capture suitable content for campaigns.
• Work alongside the digital team to develop and evaluate digital adverts, implementing design revisions based on performance.
• Oversee the look and feel of new marketing campaigns and ensure timely uploads to the website.
• Collaborate with the team to create innovative designs, review campaign effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
• Monitor industry trends to shape creative outputs for internal and external use.
• Improve internal design processes for efficiency and document spending on print materials.

Experience and Skills

• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer with a creative portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and attention to detail.
• Highly skilled in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign).
• Excellent typography and layout skills.
• Experience in videography/editing.
• Familiarity with print suppliers and ordering processes.
• Proficient in art working and print production.
• Strong copywriting skills for creative messaging that aligns with concepts.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
• Experience in retail or beauty brands is desirable but not essential.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Monday.com is desirable but not essential.

Additional Information

This is a part-time position of up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility regarding days and hours. Work location is hybrid remote in Willenhall, WV13 3AP.
