Location: Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines

Contract: Part-time, Part-time

Job Description

Position: Part Time - Graphic Designer

Working Hours: Four (4) hours per day - PST Timezone

Working Days: Five (5) days per week

Rest Days: Two (2) days per week

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools.
  • Experience with content planning and scheduling tools like Loomly.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to deadlines.
  • End of day reporting and Daily Scorecard are mandatory.
  • Potential to transition to a full-time role is an essential aspect of the position.

Experience:

  • Graphic Design: 2 years (Required)

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

  • Create graphics using Canva based on the copy in Metricool.
  • Ensure graphics are error-free and align with client branding as set by the Creative Director and Project Manager.
  • Organize client graphics in folders using specified naming conventions.

Client Communication:

  • Be available for planning calls with the Creative Director and Project Manager for newly onboarded clients.
  • Reach out to the Project Manager for task clarifications.

Process Adherence:

  • Follow outlined procedures for content creation using specified tools.
  • Send a good morning message to the team Slack channel and review the End of Day (EOD) report for responsibilities.

Task Management:

  • Use Asana as a task tracker to manage content creation tasks.
  • Ensure all completed tasks are reflected in the content-tracking sheet and submit the End of Day (EOD) report.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Proactively seek feedback from the Creative Director, Project Manager, and team members to improve performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and tools to enhance skills and efficiency.
