AWS Healthscribe project. (serverless) -
Project goal quick easy physician dictation

1. Aws has built out a fully functional UI already https://github.com/aws-samples/aws-healthscribe-demo
2. bedrock LLM integration with cheap anthropic model(haiku) to create custom physicians chart note output https://github.com/aws-samples/enhancing-patient-and-clinician-experiences-with-healthscribe
   a. AWS has also built out the logic but i find this juypter notebook a little clunky i’ve rebuilt this logic in step function and seems to be better.

Project requirements.

1. combine the logic from option 2 above with the UI in option 1 but also allowing us to have custom LLM profiles for different types of dictation.
2. update the UI for new features and remove AWS branding
3. ensure hipaa compliance.
   ultimate goal
4. saas product similar to heidihealth.com (free trial please test it out)
   a. heidi health allows doctors to quickly and easily dictate notes and use the LLM templates to have any custom result they want.
   Stage 2
5. add a DB so doctors can use the voice to create basic chart notes
