Social Media Manager

Social Media Manager is needed in Lisbon, Portugal.

I am looking for a Social Media Manager to support my web design business, Field Digital, which focuses on selling templates and building our personal brand as two sisters from the UK. This is a part-time contract position that requires someone with beginner to junior-level experience. The ideal candidate will help enhance our social media presence in Lisbon, Portugal, and align with our brand style, which can be viewed on our website and Instagram.

We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Manager to join us 1 day a week in Lisbon. Your goal? Help us grow fast on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts/ Long form, driving traffic to our website template shop.

What the role ideally involves:

Half-day filming content with us in person
Half-day editing + posting across platforms
Staying on top of trends and creating content that performs
Writing smart captions, picking hooks, and using hashtags/SEO effectively
Reviewing analytics to refine and grow
This is a part-time role for now, with the potential to grow as our social channels (and budget) expand.

What we’re looking for:

Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels & Shorts
Confident filming and editing short-form content
Knows what trends to jump on and how to make them convert
Creative, proactive and results-focused
