Rate: £17 per hour
Location: Work from home
Hours: Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Are you a social media enthusiast with a keen eye for detail and a passion for community engagement? We’re looking for a Freelance Social Community Manager to join our team and help monitor and manage online interactions for our clients. This is a remote, home-based role offering flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and @mentions across various clients’ social media platforms.
- Ensure brand tone of voice and messaging guidelines are followed in all interactions.
- Engage with audiences, fostering positive conversations and community growth.
- Identify and escalate potential issues or trends to the appropriate team members.
- Provide concise and accurate reporting on engagement and community sentiment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in social media management, community moderation, or customer engagement.
- Excellent written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
