Women's Wellness Retreat Documentation

Videographer is needed in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

I’m hosting a high-level, women-only personal development retreat in Costa Rica from May 15–18, 2025, very intimate about 10 guests, and I’m looking for a videographer to beautifully document the experience.

The retreat will take place at a luxury hilltop mansion and includes daily movement, yoga, meditation, breathwork, immersive “Evolve Sessions,” and adventurous excursions like horseback riding, zip-lining, and waterfall hikes.

My intention is to capture both the big, joyful moments and the quiet, transformational ones—the laughter, the tears, the sisterhood, the sunset swims, the breakthroughs, and the evolution that takes place over the four days.

I need a videographer who can:

Blend into the environment while capturing raw, real moments
Shoot mostly vertical content for social media (Reels, Stories, etc.)

Deliver 1 highlight reel (1–2 min), 2–3 short vertical edits (15–30 sec), and access to b-roll footage for future marketing

Embody a soft, feminine, cinematic storytelling style

This project is soul-driven, and ideally, I’d love to work with someone who resonates with the energy of personal development, wellness, or intentional living. Female videographers are preferred (due to the nature of the women-only retreat), but I’m open to considering anyone whose energy and style aligns with the vision.

You’ll be treated like a valued guest—flight, food, accommodations, and excursions are all included ($2000 value) on top of a cash payment.
