New mutant 2D animated series artist needed

I have a new series based on mutants about a snake named Scales who is the hero fighting other mutants trying to take over the world. TMNT vibe. So I need someone who can give my character the same style as the TMNT 1987 cartoon.
I only need one animation clip in black and white in duration of 3 seconds. IE, character giving a spin kick into fighting stance. No backgrounds needed. Sketch traditional animation just cleaned up will do just fine to help me cut costs. My budget is sooo small. But this is a huge opportunity to join a growing company and have continuous work. We have a video game and comic book based on this series already in development.
So just need some basic animations for a demo reel.
