Job Description
Position Title: UI/UX Designer/Developer
Location: Phoenix, AZ (near Tempe)
Term: Contract to Hire
Compensation: Negotiable Hourly Pay, plus Benefits
This role involves collaborating with product engineers and managers to evaluate and collect user requirements, create UI mockups and prototypes, and address UX issues effectively.
Requirements
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in the following areas:
- Evaluating and collecting user requirements.
- Collaborating with product engineers and managers.
- Illustrating design concepts using sitemaps, process flows, and storyboards.
- Creating graphic user interface elements such as tabs, widgets, and menus.
- Creating UI mockups and prototypes that clearly demonstrate site functionality and aesthetics.
- Making unique graphic designs and layout changes based on user feedback.
- Creating rough drafts to present to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identifying and resolving UX issues.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
