Job Description

We are seeking a Web3/Blockchain Developer with over 3 years of experience to join our team in Baner, Pune. The role involves blockchain development, smart contract creation, and Web3 integration, focusing on security best practices and token standards. The budget for this position is up to 10 LPA.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Blockchain Development: Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Web3.js, Ethers.js, Truffle, Hardhat, Foundry.
• Smart Contracts & Token Standards: Understanding of ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, BEP-20, Solana SPL tokens.
• DeFi & Tokenomics: Knowledge of liquidity pools, staking, governance mechanisms, yield farming.
• Web3 Integration: Experience with Metamask, WalletConnect, and smart contract interaction.
• ICO/IDO/STO Experience: Familiarity with token launch strategies, fundraising models, and regulatory knowledge.
• Security Best Practices: Skills in smart contract audits, gas optimization, and reentrancy prevention.
• Programming Languages: Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and Golang (preferred).
• Frontend Frameworks: Experience with React.js, Next.js, and Vue.js.
• Databases & Storage: Familiarity with IPFS, The Graph, and Moralis.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Layer 2 solutions such as Arbitrum, Optimism, or zk-Rollups.
• Knowledge of NFTs, GameFi, and Metaverse development.
• Understanding of cross-chain interoperability solutions like Polkadot, Cosmos, or Chainlink oracles.
• Experience with DEX (Decentralized Exchanges) and liquidity provision.
