PHP Laravel Search Controller
I am looking for a mid-level PHP Laravel developer to create a search controller for an e-commerce application. The goal is to design and implement a PHP controller that effectively handles search queries, integrating seamlessly with the existing platform. This project aims to optimize search algorithms to provide relevant results based on user inputs such as UserId, Keyword, and Category.
The controller should be able to analyze user behavior to recommend results that align with their interests. It should display four key results categories: Most Viewed Items, Recent Items, User’s Previous Searches, and Recommended Items. Deliverables will include the database and the search controller, and the freelancer should have experience in PHP, Laravel, and SQL integration. Please note that I will not provide any files or an existing environment for this job; the freelancer will need to create everything from scratch.
