The Tech Series - Pirelli

Videographer is needed in Italy.

Hi, we’re looking for a Videographer, and Production Assistant in Milan, Italy with their own equipment to help us film a 2 person interview, a walk and talk, general Broll, and a short solo monologue on Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025 for an episode of our original series, The Tech Series. We’ll be filming with an executive from Pirelli.

Requirements for the position:
Video Equipment: Must have Full Video equipment including 3 Cameras, preferably SONY (but not required), and an EasyRig or a gimbal/stabilizer for the walk and talk. Cameras must film 4K LOG. For the walk and talk if two cameras could be used, that would be great.

Filming Specs:
Interview and Walk & Talk: 4K SLOG (or Log equivalent) at 24 FPS.
Broll: 4K SLOG (or LOG equivalent) at 60 FPS
Footage will be uploaded to a remote editor so large recording formats like Prores HQ should be avoided (if possible).
Sound Equipment: Must have Full Audio equipment including 2 Lavalier mics. You can record directly to the camera or use an external audio recording device to capture audio.
Lighting Equipment: Must have a full lighting kit to expose two speakers.

Time: Approximately 6 hours

Location
Milan, Italy

Here’s the typical itinerary (approximately a 6 hour shoot).

• 1 to 2 Hours of Setup.
• 45 min Sitdown Interview with Host and Executive (3 cameras used).
• 15-20 min Walk and Talk with Host and Executive (2 cameras used - 1 on gimbal, the other than be on gimbal or handheld).
• 30 minutes - Host does a solo introduction and reflection moments (2 cameras used).
• Film additional Broll that will be used in the edit.
• Backup RAW footage/audio and provide us with a hard drive/SSD (hard drive/SSD can be expensed in your invoice). Footage can also be uploaded via Dropbox. Hard Drive must be in ExFat Format.

Budget/Payment
$1,650 USD will be paid to you in NET 30 Days after invoice is sent to us.
We have an additional $250 USD for a PA/Swing that can help with camera operating.
The total invoiced can be $1,850 USD + reimbursable expenses (hard drive/ssd, parking, meals, and mileage).
