We are looking for an organized and highly experienced content production specialist to oversee content creation efforts in the Philippines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, and is passionate about storytelling through digital content.

Responsibilities

This Philippines-based position entails the end-to-end management and execution of content production, ensuring high-quality deliverables across all platforms. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing production schedules and logistical plans.
• Sourcing, negotiating, and booking suppliers, freelancers, and materials.
• Building and maintaining a collaborative network of creatives, talents, and content creators.
• Providing clear and comprehensive briefs to suppliers, production teams, and freelancers to ensure alignment with communication objectives.
• Offering on-site production support for seamless execution.
• Overseeing post-production processes, including final asset delivery and payments.
• Managing production budgets, invoices, and expense payments.
• Ensuring consistent communication and alignment with project stakeholders.
• Staying updated on the latest content production trends and tools for enhanced efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Film, Multimedia Arts, Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, Advertising, or a relevant field preferred.
• Proven experience in content production, especially for digital and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Hands-on experience in managing full-cycle content production, from pre-production to post-production.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle budgets and multiple productions simultaneously.
• An established network of creative talents, influencers, and content creators is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure production quality.
• Knowledge of social media content formats, trends, and best practices.
