Job Description

The role involves planning and coordinating all aspects of video productions, including small projects and full shoots. Responsibilities include handling scheduling, location scouting, equipment rental, and managing the production process to ensure everything is executed properly. The production plan should outline the video’s structure, flow, content, style, and format. The candidate will review collected footage, select the best clips, oversee video editing, and create the storyboard. Additionally, they will perform full editing tasks, choose animations and sound effects, collaborate with the campaign and sales teams, manage production budgets, obtain necessary permits and licenses, and handle project management for amplification content.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in film, video production, or a related field along with 2-3 years of relevant experience in video content production within digital and media. In-depth knowledge of video production processes, creativity, skills in shooting, editing, compression, and color grading are essential. Candidates should also possess negotiation, project management, planning, and budgeting skills. Being calm under pressure, maintaining a goal-oriented approach, meeting deadlines, and having excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional SEA languages a plus) are important for this role.
