Position Overview: CuringBusy is hiring Digital Marketing Executives to work with our global clients, helping them scale their businesses with expert marketing strategies. This is a fully remote role where you will handle digital marketing efforts for various industries, ensuring brand growth, lead generation, and online visibility.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Ads & Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, social media, email, etc.)
• Graphics and Content Creation: Create Designs, Marketing material like brochures, flyers; Website Design, Infographics, videos, etc.
• SEO & Content Marketing: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility. Create content and collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content.
• Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand presence.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and other key metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
• Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns, including list segmentation and A/B testing.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and sales teams, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and email marketing principles.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Skills

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite).
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
