Job Description

We are currently looking for a Front End Web Developer to join our IT team. This role involves utilizing design tools to create user-centric interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, and maintaining design systems.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles (layout, typography, colour theory).
• Experience conducting user research and implementing feedback into design.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven time management skills and ability to meet project milestones.
• Ability to commute to either London or Yeovil offices.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems or style guides.
• Familiarity with user testing methodologies and analytical tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS concepts.
• Exposure to Agile work environments and version control workflows.
