BruntWork - Google Ads Specialist (ZR_22266_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8am to 5pm Madison, AL time with an hour unpaid break

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to target high-intent search queries
• Develop and implement bidding strategies (manual, automated, ROAS, CPA, etc.)
• Set up audience targeting and remarketing strategies to maximize reach and conversion
• Write compelling ad copy and perform A/B testing to improve ad performance
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rates
• Manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from small to large scale
• Collaborate with design and development teams to create dedicated landing pages optimized for lead capture
• Use Google Tag Manager to track conversions and gather audience data
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns for lead generation
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of key PPC metrics
• Hands-on experience with keyword tools, Google Ads interface, and conversion tracking
• Experience in landing page optimization and campaign funnel design
• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently
