WordPress Website Update: Hero Image, Landing Page Template, & Fiscal Calendar Page

Overview:
We need a skilled freelancer/team to create a modern website redesign for IO, a provider of accounting, HR/payroll, tax advisory, content creation, localization, and AI consulting services. This project includes:

1. Finalising the homepage hero image
2. Simple visual overhaul to match the new logo and the reference sites provided below
3. Create one landing page template with the specific elements described below
4. Update the contact survey flow
5. Create a fiscal calendar page using EventON

1. Homepage Hero Section
   • Finalise the current image at https://iolda.pt/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/ChatGPT-Image-Mar-28-2025-05_00_20-PM.jpg
   • This image was created by the previous team we hired using ChatGPT. We like it, but the photos need to be larger, the text overlays should match the rest of the design, and the connections between photos need to be more than a simple dotted line.

2. Homepage visual overhaul to match the logo and new hero section.

• Bold typography and colour palette derived from the new logo
• Ample whitespace for readability
• Clear visual hierarchy and CTAs
• Mobile-responsive design

3. Landing Page Template
   • Core updates: Refresh design to align with new logo aesthetics
   • Conversion elements to incorporate:
   (1) Pain point blocks
   (2) 3-step solution presentation
   (3) Before/After comparison section
   (4) Service listing in a visually compelling format

Note: Only one template is needed. You don’t need to worry about the content, only the design.

4. Simplified Survey Flow

• Step 1: User clicks “Get a Quote” CTA button
• Step 2: Single question page: “What can we help you with today?” with our seven service categories displayed as visual buttons
• Step 3: Direct to appropriate contact form (business or private client)
• If Service Category = Accounting & Bookkeeping, HR & Payroll, AI Consulting, Localization, Content Creation or Tax Advisory, go to Enterprise Client Contact Form
• Else go to Private Client Contact Form
• Contact form pages:

• Remove left column with dynamic strings
• Replace with conversion-focused messaging (reference: secondnature.com/request-demo)
• Business form to include company details
• Private client form to be simplified

5. Fiscal Calendar Page
   • Plugin: EventON
   • Reference: https://www.je-lda.pt/pt/calendario-fiscal-2025/
   • We don’t need you to create events. We just need the calendar plugin set up to match the functionality of the reference webpage.
   • Tthe calendar events we’ll use are not physical events but rather filling deadlines. For example, one event might be a monthly VAT statement filing deadline.
