Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our growing business, which offers a hybrid or remote part-time position (3 days/week, 22.5 hours). The role comes with a salary range of £26,000 - £37,500 FTE, pro rata, depending on experience. The preferred location is Exeter.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with external consultants to enhance our SEO strategy and boost website traffic.
• Planning and executing LinkedIn campaigns that generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Managing and creating engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Writing, proofreading, and editing content that aligns with our brand voice.
• Collaborating with designers to produce eye-catching artwork for digital and print.
• Designing, building, and refining high-converting landing pages.
• Organizing impactful events and promotional activities.
• Running campaigns and managing customer engagement through HubSpot.

Requirements

To be a suitable candidate, you should have:

• Proven experience in marketing, with expertise in SEO, social media, and content creation.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn campaigns (both organic & paid) and other social media platforms.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• A creative mindset with an eye for design; experience with artwork creation is a bonus.
• Experience in Google Analytics, social media tools, and marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of the renewables/green energy sector is a plus.
• A confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
