Industry Experience

    uniE613 Utah National Guard
I worked for the Utah National Guard as a contractor in their Visual Information Office from June 2013 - June 2020. I took soldier portraits, group photos, and passport photos, and photographed big events. I edited photos, created graphics, and designed posters for print using Adobe Photoshop. I produced and edited in-house training and other video types using Adobe Premiere Pro. I helped run the print shop portion, where we'd create and print large-scale posters, small posters, photos, booklets, and more.
    uniE608 MarketScale Corporate Videos
I edit for corporations that use MarketScale to create video content for their companies. I collect footage from the clients and add stock footage, company branding, music, subtitles, and/or motion graphics, depending on the specific video requirements. video explainervideo videoeditor

uniE613 Music Editing for Dance Companies
I edit music for dance teams competing in Winter Guard International dance competitions. Coaches provide me with either tracks that need some modification (shortening or lengthening to time, adding in sound effects, etc.) or they present me with a concept and I create either medleys, mashups, or compilations of music to match their vision for their show routine. Examples of my music edits can be found on my portfolio website at https://www.twine.net/signin .
    uniE613 Parade of Homes Show
I was an editor on a local Utah home improvement show called the Parade of Homes Show for 4 seasons, from May 2017 - March 2020. I edited the interview portions, handed off the individual edits to the post-production supervisor to add those sections into the overall episodes; then, it would be handed back off to me for post-production sound editing, design, music additions, and overall mixing to broadcast standards. Episodes of the series can be found on the show's website: https://www.twine.net/signin and here's a sample from the show: https://www.twine.net/signin
    uniE613 Vulture Magazine
I was contracted by Vulture Magazine to edit their Sundance Film Festival coverage in 2023. I edited their multicam interviews for their YouTube and Instagram accounts. Here are a couple of examples from this event: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AWwDDdh54Fw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kV6Z5lhj04Y https://www.instagram.com/reel/CnqJbLnBvGd/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= https://www.instagram.com/reel/CnqBnX-B3LR/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y%3D
    uniE613 Audiobee Productions
I am an audio engineer for an indie audiobook production company, Audiobee Productions. I collect files from the narrators, clean the dialogue (including pops, clicks, excessive breaths, and extraneous background noise on the track) using Adobe Audition, create spacing for chapters and other breaks based on audiobook guidelines, adjust levels, and take re-record notes along the way to give to the narrators to fix any mistakes. My work on the books "On Your Terms", "The Blood Eagle", and "The Renaissance Club" can be found on their website at https://www.twine.net/signin .
