Hello; my name is Rejena Smiley and I love comics! Ever since middle school, writing stories with sequential art have been my number one passion. I have grown up with manga such as Dragonball by Akira Toriyama, Peach Girl by Miwa Ueda, and Marmalade Boy by Wataru Yoshizumi, so therefore, my art style has taken on an American-Japanese style approach; not only in its visual look, but in its flow of storytelling as well. I am a trained professional when it comes to creating art, having graduated from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design with an MFA in Comic Art, a BFA from Alma College, and working with several collaborators and writers over the years for digital and traditional art. I love bringing worlds to life, whether it be my own, or helping another writer bring their idea into fruition.
