My name is Rex Basilio. I am a Junior Graphic Designer and Illustrator who has recently graduated with my Bachelors Degree of Fine Arts from Northwest College of Art and Design. During my experience working at Minuteman Press as a Digital Designer in the fall of 2022, I gained extensive knowledge by creating graphics and multimedia projects for individual clients, by showing off logos, presenting my design ideas to the client and getting into more UI and product design. But mostly, I helped create digital material such as flyers, newsletter covers and reviewing newly finished work to identify any errors or areas for improvement before publication which allowed me to develop my design skills further and to familiarize myself with different styles and methods for planning my designs. Since October of 2023, I have been creating my own web and logo designs and marketing it on social media, getting advice and personal feedback from other people who have previously worked as a graphic designer. I would be happy to contribute these skills if selected as a Graphic Designer.
