As a designer, I am always looking to increase my knowledge and capabilities by taking on new and challenging roles. I have completed some tutorials through udemy on Adobe Xd, specifically UI/UX design. At present, I have Certificates of Completion in both Adobe XD from Beginner to Expert and UI/UX Design and Prototyping. I have over 20 years of experience as a designer. I am very well versed with the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, some video editing software, as a well as a working knowledge with various other programs. While developing an extensive design portfolio in the past 20 years, I have also had the opportunity to broaden my knowledge and capabilities by joining action plans directed towards “Career Development” and “New Product Development”. These groups/committees have helped me gain a better understanding of personal growth and advancement, as well as an understanding of “Go-To-Market” strategies for new products. From looking at my resume, you will notice that I have primarily worked in deadline sensitive, multi-tasking positions. As the Art Director at EMSCO Group, I was a one-man department. I manage all projects from inception to completion.
