Saïd has been the consultant we didn't know we needed. As an independent restaurant owner, there's too many moving parts online that I had no idea we were missing out on because we simply didn't know. Now, not only is he giving us a robust online ordering platform (which is what we needed the most to supplement our slow hours), but he's basically our marketing department where he has 95% of the strategies and tactics planned out and my 5% is to give feedback and approve.
