Hi! My name is Shelbye Karr and I love what I do! I’m from the panhandle of Texas and I’ve been drawing and creating since I was a little girl - if you need any type of pen, marker or pencil, odds are I have one on me at all times! I am a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas with two degrees - one in Arts and Technology with a focus in Pre-Visualization for Animation and the other in Arts and Humanities with a focus in Traditional Drawing. As of 2023 I have a certification in Sequential Art and Illustration from the Maricopa Community College District. I was a panelist with How it Should Have Ended at San Diego Comic Con in 2019, and at RTX Austin in 2018 and 2019. Since 2022 I have self-published three comic anthologies, two mini comics and one ongoing webcomic and have plans for more projects in the future. When not drawing I am reading anything that I can get my hands on, haunting coffee shops for their pastries or cuddling with my rescue dog Mikey.
