Shota Imerlishvili is a Georgian painter and a self-taught artist who began his artistic journey at the age of three. With a distinctive cubist style, Shota’s work has been recognized globally, earning him the prestigious American Art Award for “World’s Best Figure Impressionists.” He has exhibited his art in notable venues, including the United Nations Headquarters in New York, the United Nations office in Geneva, and the European Parliament in Brussels. Currently, he is pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Art and Design at the Royal College of Art in London. His artistic practice encompasses various mediums, predominantly using ink, markers, and oil on canvas. Shota’s recent exhibitions include “Landscape Tells a Story” at The Art Area Gallery in Tbilisi, and he was a finalist for the Art Vue Prize in Brussels. His work explores themes of peace and resilience, and he is actively involved in initiatives that promote global understanding through art. Shota aims to continue expanding his artistic horizons while making a positive impact through his creative endeavors.
