Emmy Award-winning Director of Photography/Cinematographer and Editor.
I’ve been a professional DP/Cinematographer, Videographer, and Editor in the Baltimore & Washington DC (DMV) area for over 17 years. While I work on many different video & film project types, I specialize mainly in narrative, documentary, and corporate-driven projects.
I first started studying film & video during college at Towson University in 2005 before pursuing a technical education in video production at The Sheffield Institute for the Recording Arts (SIRA) in Phoenix, MD where I graduated top of his class in 2008. Since then, I have helped create and lead three separate production companies in the Baltimore/DC area, worked full-time for other prominent production companies, and continue to work as a freelance Director of Photography/Cinematographer, Videographer, and Editor under my production company, LOMISFILM.

Short documentary created for Make-A-Wish Foundation Atlantic. Tim was diagnosed with cancer in December of 2016 at the age of 16, and he spent most of the ensuing months cooped up in a hospital room at Inova Fairfax Hospital. These months were isolating and lonely. While the hospital has plenty of activities and games, most are geared towards younger children, and for a teenager like Tim, every day felt tedious and boring.
When Tim learned that he would be receiving a wish from Make-A-Wish® Mid-Atlantic, he only wanted one thing: to help other kids like him. Watch his incredible story.
