While sunsetting previous apps and systems. These were based in operations from Western Australia, Sydney and a number of locations across Melbourne.
Some of the apps inside the product suite include:
Communicare, Enterprise Provider Directory, My Care Manager, Patient Records, FRED IT Group (Pharmacy Solutions and electronic scripts) and ADCC
The demand for consistent, accurate displays of critical patient and medical information was paramount - The catalyst behind creating a Telstra Health design system and ensuring clinical best practise and inclusive design.
As this was being built, product teams laid the frameworks to plug-into the new design system.

The previous site was considered 'plain', while some functionality on the events page was confusing. For example, when looking at function times and dates, students would get confused with how the time and date were displayed. It was also extremely small and hard to read.
Browsing the events page and navigating through the many pages was tedious and booking events wasn't really intuitive.
Re-designed to be more aspirational, injecting some highlights of colour and keeping in line with their existing design system.
