My journey in visual media began in graphic design and then ventured into the alluring world of television production, working on productions like Big Brother South Africa, Fear Factor, and All You Need is Love. These experiences were extraordinary on so many fronts but what I cherish most is the wonderful mish-mash of humans I got to interconnect with on both ends of the camera. Working on the high-end productions honed my skills in producing high-quality visual content while the run-n-gun style ENG assignments taught me the importance of effective storytelling. Don't get me wrong I can spend hours in an edit suite tweaking a graphic to find the perfect harmony between a font, a color, and the morphing of a shape. But at the end of the day, it's the story I remember. It's the story that shapes my feelings. It's the story that reminds me that I am a part of the story.
