Thredd The Card Transaction System (CTS)
In my role as a Product Designer at Thredd, my responsibilities included revamping the user experience and updating the existing Card Transaction System (CTS) to reflect the new Thredd brand, transitioning from the former Global Transaction System (GPS) brand.
The Card Transaction System (CTS) product in summary is a web application that allows Thredd client users to integrate the client systems with the GPS Apex authorisation system. In January 2023 as the Lead Product Designer at Thredd I was tasked with producing and maintaining a product design system in the new Thredd branding due to the company having undergone a full rebrand and name change formerly Global Processing Services. During my tenure with DiDi, my role entailed designing in Figma and creating motion graphic campaigns using After Effects for the company's social media platforms, reaching a diverse global audience.
I led the design and development of six campaigns emphasizing safety measures during the Covid-19 pandemic for rideshare users.
