Unveiling a Neighborhood's Charm
This Webflow site is an online resource for people interested in this San Diego neighborhood's original houses. The majority of the content is from a late 60's home sales brochure by developer Ray Hommes reformatted to make sense in an online context. Elevations were enlarged with AI tools and reworked as standalone images. Plans were redrawn for legibility.

Tech Enhanced Event Planning
The Com-X Network is a quarterly networking event for commercially minded Life Sciences executives. Their word of mouth mailing list was getting unwieldy. Vetting new members and updating the list was a multi-person manual process with no one source of truth. The group needed a website to attract new members, build an email list, and collect RSVPs for the events.

Empowering Kids With Cancer Through Art
Kids & Art grew from a volunteer website project for a friend into an ongoing engagement where I handle the non-profit's design & technology issues. I integrated SaaS products as needed and the modified the design over time as the website evolved into a hub for outreach emails, collecting donations, volunteer management, workshop signups, e-commerce, PPC campaigns, and soliciting grants.
I supported the foundation's expansion from monthly destination workshops to weekly hospital workshops at 2 locations with online volunteer management. In the 2018 1200 families participated and 1400 volunteer hours were donated.

Crafting Web Presence
Dr Yamaguchi, a returning client, was leaving her previous practice after it was acquired by a large healthcare chain. When we spoke in August 2020, she was juggling seeing patients and finalizing leasing details for a new office, and business registration for her new practice. Her move-in target was the start of 2021. I was moving from Hong Kong to LA in early November.
The website requirements were straightforward, an informational website for a new solo obstetrics-gynecology practice. We wanted a focused site with just enough copy to do the job. The challenge was to get there with minimal stress.

Peter Nixon is an accomplished business consultant based out of Hong Kong since 1989. He offers keynotes, workshops and training across the globe and has authored several books on dialogue and negotiation.
His website needed a visual refresh and updated content: it didn't accommodate visitors on phones or describe his current services accurately.
As an independent consultant he needed to manage his time dealing with inquiries: his processes to filter incoming inquiries and onboard new clients could be improved.
He was planning to promote his latest book independently with blog posts and videos. The right platform could act as a hub for his outreach efforts.
