I work from home in Cape Town, South Africa and have had my design business for 17 years. I used to do front end website design with my husband who is a back-end developer but the advent of Wordpress saw us going in different direction with him very much into custom development solutions and myself back to specialising in print design with 25+ years local and international experience. Websites became free to create so now I specialise in print and digital design. I am a home school mom and qualified Montessori teacher with 10-year-old twins. I can take on more freelance design work as the kids are more independent now. As a fine artist, sculptor, painter and illustrator I am very passionate about my art taking it to sewing and cooking mixed in with an exercise and outdoor mad regimen to keep my brain clear and firing on all cylinders all the time with surfing and scuba diving.
