Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer is needed in Reading, United Kingdom.

I own and run an online boutique selling personalized wall decor. The designs are all word art based, and I am looking for a remote designer to take on some of the design work on a weekly basis. This could range anywhere from 4 designs a week to 10+ depending on how busy I am and what the chosen designer is able to take on.

The right candidate will have an intermediate to expert knowledge of Ai, be meticulous, have design flair and will be able to work to a 1-2 day deadline. I need someone who is reliable, trustworthy and eager for the work the majority of the time. Each design takes 25-30 minutes once the designer is up to speed with how to put the designs together.

Payment will be based on a design and the designs have a sent time value of 30mins. So if your rate is £12 and hour, one design will equal £6.

I will provide some basic training on how my designs are put together but you will need to know the fundamentals of Illustrator already. Going forward, on days that I have designs to hand over, I will send over the order details and would ideally like to receive the design back within 2 working days.

I have been creating these designs for 8 years now and would like to hand a lot of it over to a reliable designer so I can focus on developing the company. Because I have done these designs for so long I have excellent inside knowledge of how they are put together and I can honestly say that they are easy once you have had some practice, provided your have a great eye for details, are good with composition and know AI. I need someone who will be able to learn fast so please don’t apply if you barely know your way around Ai. You also need to understand and speak English to a good standard. Thank you
