Spiritual Training Event - 21 days

Videographer is needed in Paphos, Cyprus.

I am seeking videography production support for a lengthy training event we are holding in April-May 2023.

We are a small, spiritual organisation, located in Australia, who are holding a training conference at the Almyra, Paphos. It will be attended by approximately 50 people. Students will be flying in from Australia, England, Ireland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada and the USA.

We are seeking a team to assist us with videography for this event. We have held this event at the Almyra five times, beginning in 2009. This is the last time we plan to hold this event and we wish to record it for the future, so it can be available online, for future students.

Worth noting is that the majority of the videography will be quite simple. That is, we will require one camera that will be positioned on the speaker/s for the entirety of the event of the event. A second, roaming camera, would also be positioned on the spears, and will occasionally be used to capture the ‘student experience’. That moving camera images of the room, the students and our practices, for ongoing marketing purposes.

The event will be held across the following dates, at the Almyra, Paphos.

• 15 – 19 April 2023
• 21 - 22 April 2023
• 25 – 29 April 2023
• 2 – 5 May 2023

This event is unique in that it is quite lengthy. 21 days total (15 April – 5 May 2022), with 5 days off in between. These will be full day events. Beginning at 9am and running until 5pm – 7pm each day we are in session.

At the very least, we require the following:

• Wireless microphones
• Lighting
• 2 Cameras
• On-site producer (perhaps 2)

A comfort and acceptance of spiritual/new age practices is a must.
