Job Description

We’re looking for a talented and well-rounded Graphic Designer to work with us on exciting new projects. Along with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, the ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates a thorough creative process as well as crafted design execution across a range of projects. You’re highly collaborative and coachable, can work independently, or as part of a small creative team, and are adept with current design tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design brand identity systems, packaging, graphics, and campaigns with proficiency in both print and digital spaces
• Develop and present creative mood boards that help determine design direction
• Work closely with the internal design team to execute ideas
• Communicate ideas internally and sometimes externally to clients
• Collaborate with the client services/business development team to produce presentations for business development and client meetings
• Research and keep abreast of emerging design trends and practices
• Manage timelines effectively to meet defined project milestones and deliverables
• Stay up on the latest design trends and creative applications

Requirements or equivalent experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent knowledge & experience)
• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer (agency background preferred)
• Advanced-level skills in Adobe CC, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Proficiency in Figma, Blender, and/or Sketch-up is desired but not mandatory
• Have the ability to take direction and implement feedback to relevant design work
• Resourceful and cooperative in working with team members to obtain information, gain alignment and to keep projects moving
