UX/UI Designer

This position is a remote. The primary office location is in the United States.

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team and help us create an innovative APP. The role includes creating User Interaction task flows, developing mock-ups, storyboards, and prototypes to effectively communicate designs to product owners and development teams. Additionally, the UX/UI Designer will apply knowledge of usability, human factors, and UI processes to create a more immersive experience for users.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team to create User Interaction task flows.
• Develop mock-ups, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate designs to product owners and development teams
• Apply knowledge of usability human factors .
• UI processes to create intuitive user experiences.
• Assist in pre- and post-development usability testing.
• Create and maintain project system design artifacts.
• Work with multiple groups across the company as a team member or consultant.
• Develop and implement process improvements and enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in design and rapid-prototyping tools such as SketchAdobe XD, or Figma.
• Experience in designing for mobile applications, complex interfaces, and/or mobile applications.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• Strong portfolio of UI design including screen mockups or prototypes.
• Experience with Sketch, Figma, or XD, and prototyping software.
• Experience in influencing stakeholders to drive an intentional design philosophy.
• Understanding and applying visual brand guidelines/style guides .
