Contract: Part Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Red Hall Hotel and Oscar’s Restaurant & Bar social media and content calendar.
• Create engaging content for Red Hall Hotel and Oscar’s Restaurant & Bar social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and manage all social media engagement, responding to comments, messages, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a consistent tone of voice across all platforms.
• Work closely with the events team to plan and execute social media campaigns that align with the hotel’s promotions, events and offers.
• Proactively engage with our online community and identify opportunities for collaboration with influencers.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, best practices and industry insights.
• Conduct research on competitors’ social media activities to identify areas for improvement.
• Frequently shoot images and videos of the hotel and restaurant’s facilities and events, using content across social channels and promotional materials.
• Support the events team with admin related tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Social savvy! A passion for social media marketing and an active presence on social media platforms.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms (e.g. Facebook Business Manager, Buffer etc.).
• Experience in Marketing or Hospitality is preferred.
• Knowledge of photography and videography, with the ability to create visually appealing content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Enthusiastic, creative and proactive.
