Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible to delight users with designs that inspire, engage and excite them.
• Rely on user-centered design principles to produce high-quality visuals (from concept to execution -across many platforms / spaces).
• Envision how people experience products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and magical.
• Tackle complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs for users.
• Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for multiple pages.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of industry experience in UI / UX Designing.
• Proficiency in designing CRM dashboards.
• Expertise on Designing Software’s such as Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Sketch.
• Basic proficiency in programming languages.
