Job Description

Roundhay Digital is a specialist e-commerce agency focussed on developing and marketing e-commerce websites. We are hiring (part time) Junior Marketing Manager to help develop and execute marketing strategy for our agency with a view to generate inbound and outbound leads.

Duties:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify target audiences and optimize marketing efforts
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing reports and recommendations for improvement
• Assist in managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers
• Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail

Salary:

£26,431.00-£27,238.00 per year
