The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled freelance UI/UX Designer to design a user-based dashboard experience that is intuitive, user-friendly and visually appealing. In this role, you will work closely with our strategy lead, developers and other stakeholders to create an enhanced user experience for Birdseyeβs customers. If you love building client-centred digital experiences, testing new design approaches, and having opportunities to own projects from start to finish, this is the project for you.
Responsibilities
- Lead the user interface design process through concept development and validation, wire-framing, prototyping, and final design/development
- Create site wireframes, storyboards, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes of a software application using Figma
- Capture business requirements to develop personas and journeys
Requirements
- Experience working with SaaS based software is a must
- 3+ years of relevant experience in UI/UX design and development
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard design a plus
- Ability to work and collaborate with agile development teams
- Highly organized and accountable self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
