Job Description

Our client is a worldwide leader in the environmental services sector. Presently they are looking for a User Interface Designer to help support their team located in Houston, TX. In this role, the successful candidate will:

• Participate in product design by gathering and studying information about users’ behaviors, attitudes, and emotions.
• Able to lead multiple large projects/initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Monitor aspects of the user experience and make recommendations for solutions as needed to satisfy user/business requirements.
• Work on a dynamic team throughout all stages of the digital product cycle.
• Ensure web properties comply with brand guidelines, industry standards, and best practices for accessibility, usability, and human-centered interaction.
• Thrive in an agile work environment and iterate on learnings.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a User Interface Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies is a plus.
