Job Description

Our client, a multinational e-commerce corporation, is looking for a UI/UX Designer IV to join their team. As a Product Designer on the Seller Advertising Experience team, you will help improve the end-to-end advertising experience for sellers. You will collaborate with product and engineering partners to create innovative and intuitive solutions for customers and tackle complex challenges through product discovery and design thinking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product design work across web-based applications, consumer experiences, and mobile devices
• Experience driving product design for end-to-end projects in agile, cross-functional teams
• Proactive collaborator and communicator with a track record of building strong, cross-functional partnerships
• Hands-on experience in new product and concept development, including research, prototyping, and testing
• Ability to synthesize industry trends, research insights, business priorities, and stakeholder feedback into actionable UX strategy
• Proven track record of self-direction and high-performing teams in ambiguous and complex operating environments
• Experience in e-commerce or designing SaaS products for small businesses is a plus
• Degree in interaction design, HCI, industrial design, graphic design, visual communications, or equivalent
