Job Description:

Herman & Co is an online fashion brand that is seeking a proactive, organized, and motivated Senior Social Media Manager. The role requires a strong work ethic, ability to remain composed under pressure, and a positive and proactive mindset. The position involves developing and implementing a comprehensive paid social media strategy, planning and executing campaigns across various platforms, continuously testing and optimizing throughout the customer journey, staying up to date with the latest paid social media trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports and presentations, and managing budgets effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
• 5 years of experience in social media advertising
• Experience working for a Fashion Brand
• Deep understanding of the social media landscape, including platforms, advertising products, and targeting options
• Hard working with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Openness and ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly
• Highly strategic social approach
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform and optimize campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong project management skills
• Strong team player

Additional Information:

• Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
• Salary: £120.00-£160.00 per day
• Expected hours: 18 – 36 per week
