Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Content Creator with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. They should also have a good understanding of how social media can be used to drive bookings for our clinic. The Social Media Editor will work closely with our team to develop and implement the brand’s social media strategy for both the UK and global markets. The candidate should also have knowledge of industry best practices for sponsored and branded content.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and delivering marketing projects, campaigns, and strategies
• Setting up professional social media pages and ad accounts using Facebook Business Manager and Instagram
• Regular posting of organic content on all social channels
• Involvement in paid social activity, including creating campaign plans, ad copy, and creative, setting up ads, and monitoring performance
• Analyzing and reporting on performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics tools
• Content creation, including blogs, social media posts, press releases, etc.
• Working with other companies to arrange content
• Identifying and collaborating with social media influencers and celebrities
• Analyzing the performance of social content and making optimizations based on insights

Requirements:

• A passion for skincare, aesthetics, and beauty
• Expertise in content management systems
• An intuitive and analytical understanding of how audiences use social media
• A passion for social media and digital platforms with knowledge of industry talent, brands, and influencers
• Experience using editing software (an advantage)
• Understanding of the commercial landscape of social media
• Creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail
• A fun, energetic team player bursting with ideas
