Job Description:

• Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with Nest Seekers International | The Kim Team brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging and responsive web experiences.
• Implement and maintain website functionality, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and other technical issues promptly.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web design and development.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate web solutions with other business applications.
• Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders as needed.
• Conduct regular website audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize websites for search engines.
• Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer / Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in web design and development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
