Job Description:

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Contract Mid-Level Graphic Designer to support our marketing initiatives on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, the ability to work independently, and a portfolio showcasing their versatility and creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Produce high-quality design deliverables such as digital ads, social media graphics, print collateral, presentations, and event materials.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all design projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
• Experience with print production and prepress processes.

Contract Terms:

This is a contract position with a duration based on the project. Compensation will be based on an hourly or project-based rate, to be discussed during the interview process.
