Job Description

This is a freelance role for 3-6 months at Clay Solutions, where you will contribute to building the future of access control. Responsibilities include gathering user requirements and insights, designing UI elements, and building navigation components for SALTO KS platforms (mobile and web). You will collaborate with stakeholders, share UX ownership, and keep them engaged in the design process.

Requirements

• Line Management experience of UX Designers (team of 2), Mobile Developers (team of 4), and Frontend Developers (team of 3).

• Reporting to Managing Director or Head of Product for consulting and proposing solutions on product strategy and teams.

• Leading product design efforts, creating and maintaining design systems, and overseeing all functional (UX) and design (UI) aspects of Clay’s products.

• Planning own and other Designers’ work, communicating across teams, and acting as a point of contact for design queries and projects at the Group level.

• Mentoring and coaching UX Designers on the job.
